OFFER INFORMATION. To join Lovetropolis.com you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration, be single or separated from spouse, and appropriately complete the registration and payment forms. As part of the registration process, you will be required to submit a valid credit card or electronic check information. A one-time profile approval fee of $24.95 USD will be charged to grant you unlimited, lifetime access to Lovetropolis.com. This allows access to all of Lovetropolis.com's site features and begins immediately upon approval of your profile by Lovetropolis.com. Lovetropolis.com reserves the right to refuse any member profile for any reason. This offer may expire without prior notice and is for a limited time. Limit one active registration per person while offer lasts. Any attempt by a person to redeem more than one active registration shall result in immediate cancellation of offending accounts. Void where prohibited. Lovetropolis.com may discontinue this offer at any time.
ELIGIBILITY. Eligibility is limited to non-subscribers of Lovetropolis.com who are 18 years of age or older and single or separated from spouse. Current subscribers are not eligible.
BILLING. A non-refundable, one-time profile approval fee of $24.95 USD will be charged when registering with Lovetropolis.com. No additional charges will be billed unless a member completely cancels and deletes their profile. In this case, if the member decides to rejoin Lovetropolis.com, the $24.95 USD will be charged for the new active registration.
HOW TO CANCEL. The non-refundable, one-time profile approval fee does not require you to cancel any recurring payments. Should you have questions about the enrollment fee that is processed with your payment info, you can call Lovetropolis.com's payment processor CCBill at 1-888-596-9279. It is the responsibility of the member to provide accurate contact email information when registering with Lovetropolis.com. Alternately, you can contact Lovetropolis.com about the one-time, non-refundable profile approval fee at billing@lovetropolis.com. If contacting Lovetropolis.com, please allow up to 5 business days for a reply.
TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP. Your registration and any other subsequent registrations or memberships are governed by all of the terms and conditions on the Lovetropolis.com site, including but not limited to the Lovetropolis.com Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By registering and joining, you agree to comply with the Lovetropolis.com Terms of Use found at http://www.lovetropolis.com/agreement.html.
PRIVACY. All information supplied by you to Lovetropolis.com is subject to the Lovetropolis.com Privacy Policy found at http://www.lovetropolis.com/agreement.html.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. Lovetropolis.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or redemption to be received by Lovetropolis.com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion online or on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any materials consistent with this Trial or subsequent use of Lovetropolis.com. If, for any reason, the Trial offer is not capable of running online as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Lovetropolis.com which threatens or corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Trial offer, Lovetropolis.com, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the offer and/or any Trials. ANY ATTEMPT BY YOU TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, LOVETROPOLIS.COM WILL DISQUALIFY YOUR ATTEMPTED REDEMPTION AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM YOU TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
